Current Open Positions


1) Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): 

Provides direct behavioral therapy to children under supervision, helping implement behavior intervention plans. Requires RBT certification (for RBT role) and supervision by a certified behavior analyst.


2) Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA): Assists in designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans, supporting both children and families in achieving developmental goals. Requires BCaBA certification.


3) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): Develops and supervises behavior intervention plans. Must hold Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credentials in Virginia for supervisory roles.


4) Speech Therapist: Assesses and treats speech, language, and social communication disorders through individualized therapy sessions. Requires a speech-language pathology and VA state licensure.


5) Occupational Therapist: Supports children in developing daily living skills, motor coordination, and sensory processing abilities. Requires current VA state licensure and a degree in occupational therapy.
